Waiting on Baby Grace – Lebanon & Mt. Juliet, TN Maternity Photographer

I would have to say that the best thing about being a photographer is seeing folks in such sweet seasons in their lives, whether that be a wedding, when they’re pregnant, the awe of a new baby, and then all of the wonderful times before, after and in between.  I especially love when I get to reconnect with someone from my past and capture one of those sweet times for them.  Brianna and I took dance classes together waaaaay back in the day.  I don’t even really care to recount how long ago that must’ve been.  As everyone does these days, we became friends on Facebook, so I’ve seen posts from her now and then, and I’m sure she sees mine as well.  I was so happy when she contacted me to document her family while they are waiting on Baby Grace and then again once she makes her arrival.  They no longer live here, but were in town over the holiday weekend so we made time for some maternity portraits.  The light and this pretty momma were both glowing, making for a fabulous session!

Toward the end of the session, Gabe and his daddy arrived to sneak in a few photos.  I am in love with this little boy.  He talks SO well and has the kindest little spirit.  I asked for a hug when I left, and a few minutes later, he came back and asked if he could kiss me too!  Melt.my.heart!

Congratulations you guys!  It was so good to see you Brianna and meet your boys!  I can’t wait to see this precious girl!!
