Sweet as Candy – Mt. Juliet, TN Child & Family Photographer

Sweet Reese and her family are near and dear to my heart.  I remember all the anticipation leading up to her birth, and the day she was born like it was yesterday.  I can hardly stand it that she’s 7 years old now, and doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon.  She was a TOTAL ham for this session, and trying to catch a candid “in between” moment of her was almost impossible.  Every time I lifted the camera, she stopped whatever she was doing to smile.  I can tell she’s obviously never ever had her picture made :-)! 

We could not have asked for better weather or light last night.  It was absolutely gorgeous, and I could’ve stayed and photographed her until dark (and i’m fairly certain she would’ve let me).  I had a blast, and I’m thrilled with these images.  I hope you guys love them just as much!!

This was all her idea, and they are just precious!

Dads typically aren’t too “in” to taking pictures, and this one is no exception.  We dragged him out for a few, and then a few of mom and dad alone.  The whole time I was snapping their picture, Reese was running around like crazy acting silly, hence the laughter here.  The outtakes are pretty hilarious!

I am in love with this shot.  It epitomizes true joy to me, and it just makes me happy!
