In honor of the snow that we are supposed to see later today (and the sleet that is currently falling), I decided that today would be the perfect day to share just a few images from a snowy maternity session! We have not had any measurable snowfall in / around Nashville in several years!! Every little mention of snow gets us all so excited for what might be, but usually the forecast is wrong and we end up with nothing but flurries! A few weeks ago, as we were headed to Clarksville for a birthday party, the snow began to fall. It snowed the entire time we were there and by the time we headed home, the flakes were gigantic and falling rapidly! We woke up to about a 1/2 inch of snow the next day, which definitely isn’t much, but was the most we’d seen in quite some time! Lucky for me, I had this maternity session scheduled for early Saturday morning! The snow made locations that I’m very familiar with look completely different! It was such a fun change from my norm, and I love the way these turned out! I photographed Autumn and Justin’s wedding in October of 2013, and I was ecstatic when I heard they were expecting! Sawyer will be here soon, and I can’t wait to meet him! Stay warm you guys!!
