Remember this farm that I said was sooo gorgeous, and I would love to shoot at again? Well, yesterday I did just that. This was my 2nd time to take pictures of these gorgeous little girls, but I’m almost embarrassed of the ones from last time! She was one of the first people to volunteer to be my guinea pig when I got the nerve to ask for some! This family “compound” is straight out of Southern Living magazine. I wish I could accurately portray how serious I am about that! The 4 houses on this property are so gorgeous, and the land around them is just as amazing!
Now, onto the pictures! We started out in one of the beautiful backyards, but I had some antsy girls on my hand. They wanted to go to the pond! A promise to go right after this one resulted in smiles :-)!
This blue door is just perfect. I love the color of it, and lighting is pretty sweet by it. It just makes everything pop!
Lilly turned 5 a few months ago, and is looking like such a big girl these days!!
They were a little bit enamored with the pink umbrella.
I’m not sure who was more itchy after this little series – me or them!
We decided to end the session with some shots in the field. This morning I read a blog about someone doing a senior session, and the girl got bit by a Copperhead! If I’d read that yesterday, this might not have taken place. Thankfully, no children (or snakes) were harmed yesterday!
I hope you love them Lyla! You totally crack me up, and your girls were so much fun, as always!!!
I LOVE them!!!! they are so great and i can’t wait to see the rest! thanks so much for waiting on me to get the girls together–sorry i was running late 🙂 you are so talented and i can’t wait to refer you to some more friends!
thanks again 🙂
These are all great! I’ve been to the “compound” before and you’re right – it could be in Southern Living! I love the chair in the fields, too. Sweet girls!
These are awesome Chesley! And those two are just gorgeous!!!
