Kevin & Leah were married in November on a beautiful fall Saturday at Union Station Hotel in Nashville! I just love these two and how happy they are together! They make my job so easy. You put them next to each other, and voila, they look happy, beautiful, in love, etc., etc. The entire day was full of so much fun and laughter. Kevin and his groomsmen are quite the jokesters, and with them around, there was no doubt that everyone would be smiling. Leah, again, looked amazing in her gown and had that unmistakable wedding day glow. Leah is one of four sisters, and also a twin. Their family seems so close knit, and made me wish even more that I had grown up with even just one sister! Love the bond that they all share!!
Leah and Kevin chose to do a first look prior to the ceremony, and I’m so happy that they did! We had such wonderful weather that day and we wouldn’t have gotten to take advantage of it at all if they hadn’t. There are many reasons why I think first looks are great, but for fall and winter weddings, I think light is my number one reason! And, of course, having those photos up close of the first time they see each other would be a close second. I adore those moments and they are always some of my favorites on any wedding day!! Enjoy those moments and many others of my favorites. Congratulations you guys, and thank you so much for allowing me to capture your wonderful day!!!
Thank you so much to my wonderful assistant and second shooter for the day, Paula Abernathy! I loved working together!! Special thanks also to the Union Station staff and to all of the other vendors that ensure that the night flows smoothly! You do such a tremendous job!
