Casey & Will are Engaged! – Lebanon & Nashville, TN Wedding Photographer

There’s just something I love about engagement sessions!  I love spending time with happy couples and getting to know them a little bit.  I love seeing how they interact with one another and figuring out how they feel the most comfortable.  I also adore that I can take them to spots that I might not take little children without a second thought or fear that they might run off :)!  Such was the case with these two today.  When Casey and I were discussing where to do their photos, she didn’t have anything in mind.  I asked her if she trusted me to take them to a few random spots and see how they worked out.  She agreed and as a result, I am in love with how these photos turned out.  I had fun shooting in different places than normal and the two beautiful people that I drug along with me didn’t hurt either!  This was the very first shot out of the gate…derby is in a few weeks y’all, get ready for the horse references :)!

Seriously, Casey, you are GORGEOUS!!  I cannot wait to see you as a bride!!

After a little wardrobe change, we headed down the street a little ways..

and maybe found an empty house that has awesome light in the yard :)!

These two have the model face down!  Most couples crack up doing this, but they were stone cold and awesome!

Is it just me or do all of my couples have amazing eyes?! 

I LOVE this one!  I’m so considering taking my heathens children back to this spot later in the week…we’ll see how brave I’m feeling!
