I blogged about Carter’s birthday party a few weeks ago, and now it’s time for his 12 month post.  After rescheduling multiple times, the weather finally cooperated for us!  Carter has started walking since the last time I saw him, but he wasn’t too eager to show off his moves on Monday!  All of his little expressions totally crack me up!  I still can’t believe he’s a year old!  Enjoy your preview!!
