Kevin & Haley’s Reception! – Carnton Plantation Wedding, Nashville, TN Wedding Photographer

A few weeks ago, I had the honor of witnessing Kevin & Haley’s wedding at the gorgeous Carnton Plantation.  While I was not their wedding photographer, it was wonderful to actually just attend a wedding as a guest!  I had to almost physically restrain myself not to photograph every little detail, but my husband probably would’ve killed me!  Instead, I held out until the reception.  Their photographers were leaving before the party really got underway so I was asked to capture that for them.  A party it was!  I, along with everyone else there, had a blast!  It was so fun to dance right along side them, camera in tow, and snap a photo every now & then :)!!   They had the prettiest outdoor reception setup, but right as the wedding ended, the rain moved in. We quickly helped move everything inside where they did the cake cutting and first dance.  Shortly after, the skies parted and we moved the party back outside!  It was a gorgeous night, witha gorgeous couple!!  I just wanted to post a few photos from their reception and the fun that was had..complete with the groom dancing to Smooth Criminal :)!!  Congratulations you guys!!  So happy for you!!
