Amanda & I have been communicating through email for quite sometime about her upcoming wedding. We have tried to come up with dates to get together to meet and/or do engagement photos for what seems like forever with zero luck! I ended up having a session rescheduled on Saturday afternoon which resulted in an opening & emailed her hoping that it might work for her too, and it did! Finally, we got together, but too bad it was cold! Thankfully, it was warmer than it has been in previous weeks and we even had sunshine on our side. We were able to get these done very quickly, and no one was harmed during the making of these photographs :)!
I’ve missed this warm light the past few weeks! I never realized how little the sun shines during winter!

So, I know his eyes are closed in this photo, but I love it! I think he was laughing – on cue or not, but the smile is natural & I love her loving gaze!
