So, I know alot of the times I post about how easy the session was, etc., but some of the time, that’s just not the case. It makes me feel so bad when I have little clients that feel like this:

Little Emmy was not feeling me today. She would put her head down and hide every time I picked up the camera no matter what I did. Luckily, big brother Cade, was another story altogether!

I took some time with him, and Emmy realized I probably wouldn’t bite her and was a little more cooperative. Thanks to entertainment a la Cade, we even got a few smiles out of this blue eyed beauty!

Emmy is a go getter & sitting in momma’s lap was not on her agenda for the day, but she was still for a split second! Cade was on his way to channeling Star Wars, or something with that hand gesture, but we’ll take it!

Even though it was freezing today, we went outside at the very last minute, and wouldn’t you know, Emmy loved it. She was so funny running around. I wish I could accurately portray her walk / waddle here, but it would never do. She’s so petite and just about the cutest thing you’ve ever seen! I have about 10 pictures of them hugging, and she has her eyes squeezed tight in every one of them! She was really into this hug!

It’s always fun photographing these precious kiddos, even when I have to work a little harder! It just makes the end result that much better!!
Yay! Cade is cracking me up, and I am glad that we got some of Miss E smiling! Hope you have recovered from us:)
Is it bad that I love pouty pictures?! Even of my own child! They just get me everytime! The one of Cade laying his head on the floor is adorable. The look in his eyes is priceless! Love it!
